  • milk - 1/4 1/2
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • medium potatoes, boiled with skins, peeled and cubed - 12 item

How to make cottage potatoes:

Mix all the ingredients, except milk, and place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Add milk to moisten. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
