  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • hot water
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • diced celery
  • corned beef - 1 can
  • instant onion flakes - 1 Tbsp

How to make corned beef salad:

Add hot water to gelatin, stir until dissolved. Let cool but do not gel. Add mayonnaise, onion flakes, sour cream, diced celery, chopped eggs and corned beef which has been separated with fork as it comes from can. Combine all ingredients and stir lightly. Pour into 2-quart rectangular glass dish. Refrigerate until gelled.

To serve: Cut into squares. Place on lettuce, garnish with spiced apple rings and olives. Great served for a luncheon.
