Ingredients/Components
- sliced green onion - 4 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- tomato, chopped - 1 item
- radishes - 1/4 c
- taco seasoning - 1 envelope
- head lettuce, torn - 1 item
- creamy Italian salad dressing - 1 item
- red kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 can
- nacho cheese corn chips - 1 bag
How to make taco salad:
Brown ground beef; drain well. Stir in taco seasoning and let cool. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, radishes, green onion, beans and cheese. Just before serving, toss with meat, corn chips and just enough dressing to coat lightly. Makes 8 serviRecipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Beans.
