Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- can milk - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 8 oz
- can corned beef - 1 item
How to make corned beef casserole:
Cook macaroni; drain. Put in large baking dish. Add onion, soup, milk, salt, pepper and corned beef. (Chunk up corned beef before adding.) Add 1 cup of grated cheese; mix well. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
