  • sour cream
  • parsley flakes - 3 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • dill weed - 2 tsp
  • Beau Monde seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • round loaf rye bread - 1 item

How to make corned beef dip:

Combine all ingredients (except bread). Cut top off loaf of round rye bread and hollow out. Cut top of loaf and residue from loaf into bite sized pieces for dipping. Pour prepared dip into loaf. Wrap and refrigerate until needed. Marbled pumpernickel and rye is also a nice bread to use.
