Corned beef casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can corned beef - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- cooked macaroni - 2 c
- can mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 can water - 1 item
How to make corned beef casserole:
Place half the macaroni in bottom of a large Pyrex dish. Add half the corned beef and half the onion. Add half the butter and half the soup mixture. Repeat layers. Top with grated cheese, potato chips or bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
