Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 2
- Ritz crackers optional - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli until almost done; drain. Combine all other ingredients; stir in broccoli. Put into Pam sprayed 2-quart casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
