- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- can corned beef - 1 item
- medium onions, sliced thin - 2 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin - 6 item
How to make corned beef casserole:
In a 10 x 10-inch casserole dish, place the potatoes, onions and crumbled corned beef. Pour undiluted soup on beef. Sprinkle with pepper. No salt. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350°, or until potatoes are done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
