Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 16 oz
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make potato burgers:
Grate potatoes into a large bowl. Add all other ingredients except tomato sauce; mix well. Make into patties or meat balls; brown on both sides. Put in baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over meat, cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Potato, Main dish.
