- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can creamed corn - 8 oz
- can whole corn, drained - 8 oz
How to make corn spoon bread:
Combine eggs, corns, muffin mix, sour cream and margarine. Spread in an 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
