Ingredients/Components
- water - 5 c
- grated carrot - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 10 item
- rice - 2 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1 item
How to make confetti rice:
In large saucepan, bring rice, water, pepper and chicken bouillon cubes to a boil. Then turn down to simmer. Add carrot, celery, bell pepper, onion and margarine. Mix and cover. Cook slow until water is gone and rice is fluffy.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pork, Bacon.
