Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced onion - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- corn, cut from cob - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
