Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • diced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • corn, cut from cob - 2 c

How to make corn pudding:

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
