Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 4 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 4 tsp
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • diced onion
  • slightly beaten eggs - 8 item
  • cans cream-style corn - 4 item
  • cubed soft bread - 8 c
  • Rice Krispies, crushed slightly

How to make scalloped corn:

Combine eggs and milk. Beat with fork slightly. Add remaining ingredients except cereal and margarine. Pour into shallow 10 x 15-inch baking pan. Combine cereal and margarine and sprinkle on top. (It will puff up.) Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
