Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 4 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- diced onion
- slightly beaten eggs - 8 item
- cans cream-style corn - 4 item
- cubed soft bread - 8 c
- Rice Krispies, crushed slightly
How to make scalloped corn:
Combine eggs and milk. Beat with fork slightly. Add remaining ingredients except cereal and margarine. Pour into shallow 10 x 15-inch baking pan. Combine cereal and margarine and sprinkle on top. (It will puff up.) Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
