Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- buttermilk - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- cornmeal - 1/2 c
- canola oil - 2 Tbsp
- frozen corn, thawed - 1 c
How to make corn muffins:
Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Combine buttermilk, egg whites and oil. Stir into dry mixture just to moisten. Fold in corn. Bake in muffin cups at 400° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
