Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 8 c
- oil - 1 c
- warm water - 1 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
How to make hot roll mix:
Dissolve yeast into water; set aside. Scald milk; add oil, sugar, eggs, salt and flour. Knead and put back into bowl. Let rise; punch down and rise again. Roll into balls; put into greased pan. Let rise again. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and put butter on top.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
