Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- cornmeal - 2 c
How to make corn muffins:
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir to blend. Pour into 9 lightly oiled muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 9 muffins.
