Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can white Shoepeg corn - 1 oz
- to 3 jalapeno peppers to taste - 1 item
How to make corn dip:
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Flavor is best after several hours refrigeration. If doubling recipe, use only 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
