Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- small green pepper - 1/2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- bacon, cooked - 1/2 lb
- to 4 small potatoes - 3 item
- to 3 small carrots - 2 item
How to make corn chowder:
In large pan, brown onion, green pepper and bacon. Add creamed corn, water, potatoes and carrots. Simmer 3 to 4 hours. When ready to serve, add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
