Ingredients/Components
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 3/4 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make corn casserole:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in eggs, milk and butter; mix well. Pour into a well-greased 2-quart casserole dish or use cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
