Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- can cream-style corn - 16 oz
- can whole kernel corn - 16 oz
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Blend all of the ingredients together and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 15 minutes more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
