Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- sweet milk - 2/3 c
- egg, beaten slightly - 1 item
- stick oleo or butter - 1/2 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- crushed cracker crumbs - 1 c
- can Niblets corn - 1 item
- large jar pimentos - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix first 12 ingredients; pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
