Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- cans cream-style corn - 2 item
How to make corn casserole:
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in the butter until the onion begins to become transparent. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
