Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- cans whole kernel corn, drained - 2 oz
How to make corn casserole:
Drain corn. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in dish. Add drained corn. In separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onion together. Put on top of corn.Mix 1 stick margarine (melted) with 1 package crushed Ritz crackers; put on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
