  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
  • cans whole kernel corn, drained - 2 oz

How to make corn casserole:

Drain corn. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in dish. Add drained corn. In separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onion together. Put on top of corn.

Mix 1 stick margarine (melted) with 1 package crushed Ritz crackers; put on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
