Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can cream style corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 1/2
- can whole kernel corn, undrained - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all together, using the cornbread mix dry. Bake 1 hour at 350°. The last 10 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
