- sour cream - 8 oz
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1/2 item
- can whole kernel corn, undrained - 1 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix melted margarine, egg and sour cream; stir in both cans of corn. Add Jiffy mix and mix together well. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
