  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1/2 item
  • can whole kernel corn, undrained - 1 item

How to make scalloped corn:

Mix melted margarine, egg and sour cream; stir in both cans of corn. Add Jiffy mix and mix together well. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
