- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 10 oz
- corn flakes, crushed
How to make cheddar potatoes:
Topping:2 c. corn flakes, crushed1/4 c. margarine, melted Mix all ingredients together, except topping, and pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased baking dish. Mix crushed corn flakes and melted margarine. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
