Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- sugar optional - 1/4 c
- corn meal - 1 c
How to make corn bread:
Combine in medium size bowl the first 5 ingredients. Beat in rest of ingredients until smooth. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
