Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 2 c
- oleo or butter, softened - 2 Tbsp
- mashed, cooked squash hubbard or butternut - 2/3 c
How to make squash rolls:
Heat oven to 450°. Mix baking mix and squash. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth covered board. Knead 5 times.Roll dough into 12-inch circle. Spread with oleo. Cut into 12 wedges. Roll up, starting at rounded edges. Place rolls with points underneath, about 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
