Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- corn
- prepared stuffing - 8 oz
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
How to make corn balls:
Cook onion, celery and butter until tender. Add corn, water, salt, pepper, stuffing and eggs. Shape into 18 balls. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Cuban.
