Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- creamed corn - 1 c
How to make corn balls:
Mix all ingredients together and flour to make a real thick paste. Drop by teaspoon into deep, hot shortening. Let brown, then turn and brown on other side. Drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Cuban.
