Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn bake:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with crushed cornflakes, if you would like, and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
