Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- diced American cheese - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
How to make baked corn casserole:
Saute onion in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Bring to a good boil. Add corn, cheese and eggs. Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
