Corn and squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- large can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- large or 3 small squash, sliced - 2 item
- box dry Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item
How to make corn and squash casserole:
Cook squash in salted water until done. Drain well. Add corn, sour cream, corn bread mix and margarine. Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Take out of oven and top with grated cheese. Let cheese melt down into mixture. Serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
