Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- frozen mixed vegetables, cooked slightly - 1 pkg
- Harvest wheat crackers or Harvest 5 grain crackers - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain cooked vegetables and place in casserole. Mix together cheese, onion and mayonnaise; pour over vegetables. Crumble crackers and pour melted margarine over them. Put mixture over cheese mixture in casserole dish. Bake until crackers are golden brown at 350° about 30 or 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
