Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- cooked rice - 2 c
- boiled eggs - 2 item
- green pepper - 1/2 item
- whole kernel corn - 2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
How to make corn and rice casserole:
Mix green pepper with onion and butter. Cook until soft. Mix with other things and put in big casserole dish. Put grated cheese on top and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 300° until it bubbles.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
