Broccoli-corn bake

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
• beaten egg - 1 item
• dash of pepper - 1 item
• instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
• can cream-style corn - 1 oz
• coarse saltine cracker crumbs 12 crackers - 1/2 c
• coarse saltine cracker crumbs 6 crackers - 1/4 c

How to make broccoli-corn bake:

Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, 3 tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper. Turn into a 1-quart casserole. Combine the 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and the remaining butter and sprinkle over the vegetable mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
