Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- onion rings - 1 item
- green pepper rings - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Cook carrots until just tender. Layer carrots, peppers and onions in bowl, ending with onion and pepper rings. Mix soup and other sauce ingredients together. Pour over carrot mixture and refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
