Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cans sliced carrots, drained - 2 oz
- medium sweet onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- medium green bell pepper, sliced or chopped - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
