Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- tomato, chopped - 1 item
- cans sliced mushrooms - 2 item
- red pepper, chopped - 1 item
- bags yellow rice saffron - 2 item
How to make confetti rice:
Cook rice; follow directions on bag. Saute peppers and onion in small amount of olive oil. Add to chopped tomato. Toss with mushrooms, including juice. Add cooked rice; toss. Put in casserole dish; top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake until hot at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pork, Bacon.
