Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • shredded carrots - 1 c
  • sliced green onions - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • hot pepper sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • ReaLemon juice - 1/4 c
  • fresh tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 2 item
  • Radiatore, cooked - 1/2 pkg

How to make confetti pasta salad:

In large bowl, combine ReaLemon, oil, green onions and seasonings; mix well. Add hot pasta; toss. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers. Garnish as desired.
