Company vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cut green beans, drained or 2 c - 1 oz
- can whole kernel corn, drained or 2 c - 1 oz
- can condensed cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- sliced almonds, toasted - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- saltine crackers - 3/4 c
How to make company vegetable casserole:
In a bowl, combine beans, corn, soup, sour cream, cheese and onions. Pour into an ungreased 2-quart baking dish.Combine butter, crumbs and almonds. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake uncovered at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
