Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- jar dried beef - 1 item
- to 8 chicken breasts skinned and deboned if possible - 6 item
How to make company chicken casserole:
Line casserole dish with pieces of dried beef. Lay chicken breasts on top. Combine sour cream and undiluted soup. Spoon evenly over chicken. Bake, covered, for approximately 45 minutes. Check; if chicken is tender uncover and bake about 5 minutes more.DO NOT ADD ANY SALT TO THE CASSEROLE. Dried beef is salty.
