Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar
- oil - 7/8 c
- vinegar - 7/8 c
- shredded cabbage - 14 c
- large onion, minced - 1 item
- salt rounded - 1 Tbsp
- mango or sweet pepper, minced - 1 item
How to make cole slaw:
Bring oil, vinegar, sugar and salt to a rolling boil. Pour slowly over slaw, onion and pepper. Let stand 1 1/2 hours without stirring. Store in plastic container. Will keep in refrigerator for a month.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
