Chocolate chocolate chip cake

Ingredients/Components

• granulated sugar - 2 c
• vanilla extract - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• water - 2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1 c
• vinegar - 2 Tbsp

How to make chocolate chocolate chip cake:

Combine dry ingredients, except chocolate chips; add wet ingredients and mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
