- sour cream - 3/4 c
- butter - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- Ranch dressing mix - 1 (1
- Colby cheese - 1 item
- cans crescent dinner rolls - 2 oz
- vegetables, chopped green pepper, green onion, tomato, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and celery - 1 item
How to make cold veggie pizza:
Note: Use 3/4 cup (more or less, to individual taste) of the vegetables and cheeses.Spread and pat crescent rolls into 2 (12 x 9 x 2-inch) buttered jelly roll pans, cookie sheets or pizza pans. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Cream together the Ranch mix, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over baked crust. Spread the toppings, chopped vegetables and cheeses, over the creamed cheese mixture and press lightly into it. Refrigerate until set. Cut in 3 x 4-inch serving size pieces.
