sour cream - 1/2 c
butter - 1 Tbsp
paprika - 1 item
onion salt - 3/4 tsp
black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cheddar cheese - 1 item
to 5 large potatoes - 4 item

How to make deluxe mashed potatoes:

Peel and cube the potatoes. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender; drain. Mash until smooth. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
