Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
- oatmeal - 1/3 c
- grated orange peel - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 2 Tbsp
- cranberries
- medium tart apples, sliced - 2 item
How to make cran-apple crisp:
Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium bowl combine apples, cranberries, orange juice and orange peel. Place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. In a medium bowl combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, spices and oil until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake 25 minutes, until apples are tender and top is golden.
