  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • lemon - 1 tsp
  • sweet milk - 1 c

How to make cold oven pound cake:

Mix as any other cake, except dissolve baking powder in just a small amount of the milk and add last. Start in cold oven and cook at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
