Ingredients/Components

• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• miniature marshmallows - 1 c
• maraschino cherries - 1 item
• box pistachio pudding - 1 item
• tub Cool Whip - 1 (8

How to make pistachio salad:

Drain pineapple; mix juice with pudding. Add pineapple, marshmallows, nuts and coconut. Fold in Cool Whip. Top with maraschino cherries. Chill.

Note: Looks pretty for Christmas Dinner.
