- sugar - 3 c
- butter - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring
- large eggs - 6 item
- whipping cream pour directly from container, do not whip - 1/2 pt
- flour plain or all-purpose - 3 c
How to make cold oven pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and whipping cream alternately. Blend well after each addition. Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and place in cold oven. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
